PLMRKT: Analytics & Insights is built around a simple principle — we don't want your personal data, so we designed the app not to collect it. PLMRKT is a viewer for publicly available prediction-market data, engineered so that no personal information about you is collected, stored on our side, or transmitted to us.
We do not collect personal information. There is no sign-up, no account, and no login. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location, and we don't run usage analytics or behavioral tracking. The only data fetched over the network is public market data — event probabilities, prices, and history — that isn't tied to your identity. Anything you personalize, like favorite events and filters, is created and kept by you.
Because we don't collect personal data, there's nothing about you for us to use, profile, analyze, monetize, or sell. Public market data is used solely to render the dashboards, charts, and event views you ask for, and that processing happens on your device. We build no advertising profiles and share nothing with data brokers.
Your preferences and saved events are stored locally on your device. There is no PLMRKT cloud account, and we don't upload your settings, watchlists, or activity to any server. Public market data is fetched for display and isn't retained by us in any form connected to you.
PLMRKT embeds no third-party advertising networks, behavioral trackers, or analytics SDKs. The app communicates only to retrieve public market data for the events you view. We don't sell, rent, or hand off information to third parties — because we hold no information about you in the first place.
Since personal data never leaves your device, the most sensitive parts of your experience — what you watch, filter, and favorite — stay under your control by design. Network requests for public data use standard secure connections. Minimizing what is collected is the strongest security posture there is: data that is never gathered cannot be leaked.
PLMRKT does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13, and is consistent with the spirit of COPPA. Because the app gathers no personal information from any user, there is nothing to collect from a younger user either. There is simply no collection mechanism on our side to begin with.
You're always in control. Your saved events and settings live on your device, and removing them is as simple as clearing them in the app or uninstalling PLMRKT — which erases all locally stored preferences. There are no server-side accounts to delete and no hidden cloud backups holding your data after you leave.
We may update this policy as the app evolves or as legal requirements change. When we do, we'll revise the Effective Date above. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
